Q: Do it support LAN CONTROL?
A: Yes, it support

Q: I hear the item click and the red light comes on and off, but i can't get the nc, com , no to work. why is that?
I plugged a maglock into the item to have it turn on or lock. I can't get no power to the nc com or no.?
The led turns on / off but the relay does not trigger
A: The relay is without output, the power input is just for the board itself.  The relay is just a dry contact, to control another power circuit.      You can check document link https://www.itead.cc/inching-self-locking-wifi-wireless-switch.html

Q: It came it worked and it would remain either on or OFF from ewelink. I updated software to 3.3.0 then it started acting like a 1s on only pulse switch. How do I get it to remain on while powered as it did prior to the update?
A: You can set the power on state and inching time, please check this picture:  http://s5.ecpperp.com/flyfun/data/upload/product_img/200320/SETTING.jpg
