In order to minimize iQ, the battery monitoring circuit is now active, to use it you need to enabled the circuit first by setting the pin PD5 high.

Once it is enabled, the voltage can be measured with the pin PB5 which is ADC12 (Arduino pin 9)

FIY the voltage divider values are 100K and 27K, 1%
